We’re here to make ordering simple, stress-free, and accurate — every single time.
Getting started is as easy as 1-2-3:​

1. Find Your Products
Browse our website and take note of the product names and variations for the items you're interested in.​​​

2. Choose Your Quantities
Decide how many of each item you’ll need for your event. Not sure how many you need? Give us a call and we're happy to go over your event details to help you determine exactly what you need.

3. Submit a Quote Request
Fill out our quick Quote Request Form or give us a call: 1(714)843-7377. Once received, a friendly team member will be in touch within 1–2 business days with a custom quote and personalized pricing based on our Loyalty Program Price Tiers.

Additional Ordering Tips for Success
Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience.
1. Order products as early as possible as problems like weather and freight delays may occur for customers who wait until last minute to place rush orders.

2. Be sure to carefully read the full product descriptions on our website so that you know about the items you are getting before you place your order.
​
3. Please understand that some products we offer are special ordered and non-returnable. If you have questions about these products please contact us.
​
4. Please let us know beforehand if your shipping address requires a call for delivery appointment and/or pallet jack/liftgate to deliver products to ground level.
5. Please let us know beforehand if we are delivering products to a commercial or residential address so we can provide you an accurate quotation.

6. Carefully read over your entire quotation to make sure your company’s billing and shipping information is correct. Also make sure that all the product names, variations and sku numbers are correct on your quote before placing your order.
​
7. Have your credit card information ready when contacting United Events to place an order after you receive your quote.
8. If you send a wire transfer or ACH payment for your order please contact United Events immediately after so we can verify we received the funds in our account.
​
9. When your order shipment arrives make sure that you are receiving the exact number of boxes and pallets that is stated on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment. Should all or part of the shipment be lost please contact United Events ASAP so we can help track your order.
​
10. We strongly encourage all of our clients to keep all order invoices on file so that they will be familiar with the product names, variations and sku numbers they have previously purchased. This in turn, will help our clients place future orders more efficiently.
