Return Policy & Product Warranty

Return Policy

United Events is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. If a customer wishes to return any or all products purchased from United Events, the following conditions will apply:

  1. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee when received freight prepaid from customers. Note: This fee may also apply to orders that are revised or canceled last minute.

  2. All products must be returned in new and unused condition. 

  3. Any product listed as “Special ordered” is not returnable. 

  4. Customer has 10 days from the original receipt of product date to request a return. Note certain products must be reported within 3 days from original receipt of product. (Please refer to the 3 Day Return Product List) Note: no returns will be accepted without written authorization. 

  5. All products must be returned in its original packaging. 

  6. Returning product shipments must be shipped back freight prepaid by customer. 

  7. Damaged returns will not be refunded and the customer must file a claim with freight carriers. 

  8. Upon inspection of returned product and if all conditions are met, United Events will issue customer credit for the return. 

  9. Credit issued will be for the products only. 

  10. Original out-bound freight shipments is the responsibility of the customer.  

 

**UNITED EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE**

Product Warranty

United Events warranty states that all products, components, and accessories shall be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from original receipt of purchase against defective material or workmanship. 

 

The following exceptions shall apply to the above warranty: 

 

  • Goods damaged by freight 

  • Improper equipment installation 

  • Improper equipment usage (Using “Indoor only” equipment outside, mounting heavy machinery to equipment etc.)

  • Obvious equipment damage caused by improper handling

  • Improper storage of equipment. 

 

In case of a claim, United Events reserves the right to repair or replace the product for which the claim is submitted. No labor charges will be accepted unless United Events authorizes the charges prior to the labor being performed.
