Price Tier FAQ

How is my price tier established? Your price tier is established by the subtotal per order before tax and shipping. For example: If you’re starting out with us as a new customer, you’re subtotal will be calculated based on bronze tier pricing. Once your subtotal hits $500, you will be given the silver tier discount! Likewise, for our silver tier customers, once your subtotal reaches $1500 you will be given our gold tier discount (our very best prices on everything!) Please note price tiers are established per order and cumulative sales do not establish your price tier.
What happens after the price tier is established? Once you’ve established a price tier you will receive a special discount rate based on the volume of the items purchased per order (the subtotal before sales tax and shipping fees).
